These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the business valuation service (the "Service") provided by Alta Business Advisors ("we," "us," or "our") through altabusinessadvisors.com (the "Site"). By purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.

1. Description of Service

The Service provides a professional business valuation report for a fee of $500, based on information provided by you. The report is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for legal, financial, or professional advice.

2. Payment

The Service fee is $500, payable in full at checkout via accepted payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
All payments are non-refundable once work on the valuation begins, except as required by law.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information (e.g., financial records, business details) necessary for the valuation.
Failure to provide required information may delay or prevent delivery of the Service.

4. Deliverables and Timelines

Upon completion, you will receive a digital valuation report within 10 business days of receiving all required information, unless otherwise agreed.
Delays caused by incomplete information do not entitle you to a refund.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are available only if requested within 24 hours of payment and before work begins.

We reserve the right to cancel the Service if you fail to comply with these Terms, with no refund.

6. Limitations of Liability

The valuation report is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the report, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the $500 fee paid for the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The valuation report and all related materials are owned by Alta Business Advisors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report for internal business purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the report without our written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We will treat your provided information as confidential and use it solely for the Service, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to disclose proprietary aspects of our valuation methodology to third parties.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend the Service if you breach these Terms or fail to provide required information.
Upon termination, you remain liable for any fees incurred.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
